My name is Mark Starzak, and
I am the Web-Site Creator.
I became a member in 1994, and a Board Member in 2004. I have been very active in all the Society's Events. Also from September 1994, to January 1999, I was a Volunteer in Education at the Kopernik Observatory. My responsibilities were to help out teaching summer (and winter) courses in photography; digital, and regular black/white manual 35mm. I have also taught how to edit the digital images using up-to-date computer software. I have also tended and operated all of the Kopernik telescopes during public visitation hours.
